Terms of use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the Omnikonto service (omnikonto.com), published by ALCHEM SOLUTIONS SAS (see the legal notice). Omnikonto lets you import your account statements and get an overview of your personal finances. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Free beta

The service is currently offered free of charge as a test (beta) version. It may change, be interrupted or contain errors. We may end the beta; in that case we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may request a copy of your data during that period. If a paid plan is offered later, it will not apply to you without your express agreement.

3. Account

• The service is for adults only. An account is personal.
• You provide a valid email address and keep your password and two-factor authentication method confidential.
• You only import statements of accounts that you hold or are authorised to use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, test or query it in an automated way without our permission, or use it for unlawful purposes. In case of breach, we may suspend the account.

5. No financial or tax advice

Omnikonto is an information and organisation tool. Categories, forecasts, budgets and any draft tax returns are calculated automatically from your statements and may contain errors, in particular when artificial intelligence is used. They are not investment, tax or legal advice. You remain solely responsible for your decisions and your tax returns; check the amounts against your official documents or with a professional.

6. Your data

You remain the owner of the data you import. We use it only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You may delete your account and data at any time in “Settings”, or request it at contact@omnikonto.com.

7. Liability

We take reasonable measures to ensure the availability, security and accuracy of the service but cannot guarantee them. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage or for decisions made on the basis of the information displayed. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

8. Term and termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may terminate an account in case of serious breach of these terms, after informing you unless there is a security emergency.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. Any significant change will be notified to you by email at least 15 days before it takes effect; if you do not accept it, you may delete your account.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If there is a problem, please first write to us at contact@omnikonto.com to find an amicable solution. Otherwise, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the applicable rules; if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the French version prevails.
